Chair Yoga is for building strength and mobility in the body and the mind. We practice meditation and focus on strengthening major joints. Ankles, knees, and hips, etc. From that stability we'll focus on balance and balancing. No experience needed. Please be mindful of current injury or limitations. It's important to respect the body and not cause pain. Do what you can, any effort is good and worthwhile!
